Imagine this: you open YouTube to watch a video for a movie review, and you end up watching a video titled "10 Unbelievable Facts About the Human Body."

If you’ve never been caught in such mindless scrolling, pat yourself on the back—you might not even need this post.

But, if you’ve done this a couple of times, this one is for YOU!

I will not talk about the impact of translating the lost 35 days into productive ones, but you know the importance of these 35 days for achieving your goals.

With these techniques, I’m now spending a daily average of 40 minutes on all the apps combined. This makes me qualified to share these techniques with you.

Let’s dive in, shall we?
